Cervical myelopathy

Cervical myelopathy is a condition where the spinal cord in the neck becomes compressed. This can lead to problems with balance, coordination, and fine motor skills. Patients may notice hand clumsiness or difficulty walking. It is usually caused by age-related changes such as stenosis or disc degeneration. Surgery is often recommended to prevent progression.
