Cervical spondylosis

Cervical spondylosis refers to age-related wear and tear of the neck spine. Discs, joints, and bones gradually degenerate over time. This can lead to stiffness, neck pain, and sometimes nerve compression. It is extremely common in older adults. Treatment is usually conservative unless symptoms become severe.
