What to Expect at Your First Visit
We want you to feel completely comfortable as you prepare for your first office visit.
When you enter our office, you will be greeted by our friendly and welcoming front desk staff. Upon arrival, they will provide you with any necessary forms that will need to be completed. Please make sure to bring your driver’s license, insurance card, copay amount, and most importantly, the disc with your most current imaging on it. We are working on getting things integrated into a new portal where forms will be signed electronically, but for now, we can do everything that is needed when you come in for the appointment.
The disc with your current imaging will help our providers create a game plan for your care, so it is extremely important to bring that with you to your first appointment to expedite your care.
